Foxtrot dance

The foxtrot is a popular fun dance used in the late 40s to dance to rock and roll records. It is danced to the rhythm of slow-slow-quick-quick and this combination allows more flexibility and provides much greater dancing pleasure. The Foxtrot has many varieties and it is a very hard dance to learn. Today the dance is regularly danced to the same big band music to which Swing is also danced.
